IR specialist
We are looking for an Investment Relationship
Manager — a person who can find contacts of anyone on the network or through acquaintances or strangers, and get this anyone to a meeting. There are bases for thousands of investors: together we will prioritise and segment them, compose cold letters and messages on social networks, agree on short pitch calls, prepare an investment plan, discuss conditions and together with legal experts carry out an investment deal.
You will be:
  • Supporting Kwikwins global strategy to attract investors
  • Searching for potential investors through any available channels
  • Preparing of investment proposals
  • Carrying out marketing and promotional activities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors
  • Providing investors with up-to-date information on the financial performance of the project
  • Preparing IR materials, including reports, presentations, press releases and company materials for meetings and events with investors
  • Coordinating investor conferences, investor roadshows, press releases and investor meetings
  • Doing relationship management with potential investors
What we expect from candidate:
  • You have experience working with technological start-ups
  • You have 2 or more years of experience in finding investors
  • Extensive contacts among potential investors
  • Education in marketing, public relations or related fields
  • You've already managed to raise $1M+ investments, and now you want to raise this bar even higher
  • You know the difference between MRR, ARR and IRR (investor relevant revenue)
  • You are interested in working with us in the Future of Work segment
  • You are independent, proactive and result-oriented
  • You know how to be a real business partner and work in a team
  • You have good written and spoken English (C1-C2)
